Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty

Every Osiris Diamonds piece is built to last a lifetime — and we proudly stand behind the craftsmanship of everything we create.

Our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty covers any defects in craftsmanship or structural integrity. If a prong becomes loose, a small accent stone falls out, or there’s an issue related to workmanship, we’ll repair it at no cost to you. There’s no expiration — your warranty lasts for the lifetime of your jewelry.

What’s Covered

• Manufacturing defects in metal or setting
• Loose or missing accent stones due to workmanship
• Prongs or settings that require tightening or reinforcement under normal wear
• Complimentary inspection, cleaning, and polishing

What’s Not Covered

• Loss or damage to your center diamond or gemstones (typically covered by personal jewelry insurance)
• Scratches, dents, or discoloration caused by daily wear or contact with chemicals
• Damage from impact, dropping, snagging, or crushing the ring
• Warping or misshaping from external pressure or resizing by a third party
• Lost stones resulting from damage to the setting or external force
• Theft, loss, or mysterious disappearance

These types of incidents are not covered under a manufacturing warranty, but can be insured through Jewelers Mutual or your preferred jewelry insurance provider.

Warranty Validity

Our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty applies only to jewelry serviced by Osiris Diamonds or an authorized jeweler approved by us in writing. Any work performed by an outside jeweler — including resizing, soldering, polishing, or stone replacement — may void your warranty, as we cannot guarantee the workmanship or integrity of third-party repairs.

Service Process

All warranty repairs are complimentary, but insured shipping is the client’s responsibility. We can provide a prepaid, insured return label at cost for your convenience. Once received, our jeweler will evaluate the piece and contact you before any work begins.
